It is the time of year to start getting more girls in and I HATE to interview because you never know what you are getting. This year I am going to try something new, I am going to do a group interview. I will bring in 4 or 5 girls and interview them all at one time. I what to see how well they act around the other girls. I will also bring something in with me on the interview and have them try to sell that item to me. I feel if they can't sell the item when it is just me and the other girls how are they going to try to sell something in front of a packed salon. This job is a sales and I want someone who is really outgoing and don't care to talk to people. Let me know if you think this something I should do!!
