Kiddies ~ what a kc*fen farce this thread has been to read......

Face it - the 'corrections' being made on the issue of L-Tyrosine have nothing to do with REALITY but in the FTC's position to be able to SQUASH CLAIMS... as part of the Anti-Tan Campaigne....

Remember - CLAIMS made by the DERMS about UVR, Sunlight and indoor tanning are not subject to the BIG THUMB of the FTC or the FDA .... They are no more VALID then any other source of information.

California Tan was forced to CHANGE their 'marketing info' for this very same reason years ago.... so Matoon did NOT make a mistake ~ ~ but it is the EASIEST thing for the MFGs to do - remove the CAUSE of complaint.... Get the FTC off their backs....

Right or Wrong does not even enter into this equation.

As far as the AG product lines..... Hello???? They make it VERY CLEAR what line is 'good', 'better', 'best'.... One does not need to be a mental giant to understand the premise....

The BETTER lotions have HIGHER amounts of the ingrediants that do indeed enhance the skin's ability to TAN and RETAIN the tan (I don't give a sh*t what the FTC wants to say about it either)... Usually - the cost of the lotion reflects the cost of the ingrediants and the results you can get.....

The AG lower end stuff is available in Florida Retail outlets - Just like California Tan is available in Resort Areas where people vacation ...... They were selling Matahari at the MGM in Vegas ~ not that they had a CLUE as to what it was.... just that they were told they had to display it....

So the moral of the story Kiddies ~ is that YOUR LAMPS are supposed to TAN the body ... the lotions are supposed to ENHANCE the process - assist it to happen faster, and condition the skin in a way that allows the client to be HAPPY with their results.....

You don't need to be a freeking scientist to understand good results or lack of em.
