| I gotta agree with Lotiongirl on this one..... it is hard to give advice (and it WAS asked for) or an opinion (which is why online exists) without all the FACTS.
If as a salon owner - you have never had an experience with this.... you are ALWAYS safer to advise the client to seek the advice of her physician.... Had you mentioned this in post one ~ there would have been no confusion.
The type of rash you describe sounds like typical 'prickly heat'.... heat rash. Not unusual for fair people to experience the first few exposures to natural or artifical sunlight. The body 'gets used to the heat' and no problems....
