I've only been open a year so I’m no expert but I am a business person. While most of what is being said here should be taken with a grain of salt. It’s just like Ford vs. Chevrolet. You may like one or the other better. Maybe you hate a Ford and love a Chevy. Or vise versa. Regardless of what may be said here, you need to shop around. Dig into the guts of what you’re buying and always get prices from every distributor you can. Once you gather your information, spend a lot of time weighing out everything. Compare everything from quality and price to the distributor themselves. How long have they been in business? Do they have any complaints at the BBB? All of this matters to you. It doesn’t matter if I like ETS beds or not. As you can see here, the opinion about ETS runs across the board. Ask 10 folks about ETS and you’ll get 10 different answers.
As far as bashing ETS for selling home beds….so what! ETS selling to home beds only makes them stronger as a business. Just as we all want to make more money, so do they. Since when are any of us against making money? ETS is a strong company and I’m sure ETS will continue to grow and sell beds to anyone and everyone they can? That’s what they do for a living isn’t it?
By the way…I have a few ETS beds and a Sunsource as well. I like’em both. Am I married to ETS or Sunsource? No, but I bought what I could afford to open. Who knows what I’ll have in several years? Based on some of the opinions here, I should have never opened a salon if I couldn’t buy a bed from somewhere besides ETS. Give me a break!!!!!!!!!!!!
