Looking Fit Tanning Fact Book, Printed March 15, 2002 for the years 2002/2003 Page 22, second paragraph under the heading "Accelerators and Amplifiers" This is word for word, so get our YOUR glasses and take a gander:
"There are two basic steps that one can follow in developing an indoor or outdoor tan. Pre-tan solutions are applied before exposure to ultraviolet light. These include accelerators and amplifiers, and some products even offer both functions. Most of these solutions are made from a tyrosine base. Tyrosine is an amino acid that is necessary for the production of melanin in the body. USUALLY, TYROSINE-BASED PRODUCTS ARE APPLIED TWO TO THREE DAYS PRIOR TO ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT EXPOSURE. IT SUPPOSEDLY TAKES THIS LONG FOR THE FORMULA TO PENETRATE DEEPLY ENOUGH TO DO ANY GOOD"
If, after reading that, you STILL insist that it is not right, contact Virgo Publishing, Rick Mattoon at rmattoon@vpico.com
