Concerning the web based reporting, I was told by tech support 2 different stories. One person told me I could use a dial up connection at the salon to connect to the internet and get the reports. A different tech told me I had to have DSL or cable modem because I need the salon computer to connect with the same IP address everytime. Is this true?
