now that ANOTHER weld has failed on my 3002 i am curious as to how the company will respond the first time it happened the beds were less than 2 yaers old .now that this bed is 3 years old it will be VERY interesting how this situation plays out. as i understand it the welds have a life time warranty a new canopy is in order and anything less is gonna be bad. not to mention a customer had to climb out the head of the bed because the canopy almost fell on her leg. to say i'm upset is a huge understatment. . i will let everyone know how this is resolved. hopefully when i talk to prosun tommorrow i can post how happy i am that all is well. i know my lawyer cant wait for some news from them .
