| very newbie to the biz
just placed my 1st lotion order with tan america
when placing my order i asked for freebies
and was denied
however after receiving my order i had to call for other things and asked again about freebies and was told i should have got them
however, the girl was new and since both orders have now been placed (the 2nd was placed 2 seconds earlier on the same call,samer person) it was too bad too sad for me.
also asked about the caltan promotions/programs bought $$$ of CalTan
was told that they would know nothing more untill nashville
i.e. too bad for me AGAIN
is this the norm?
do have to say though that they were pleasant to work with
really didn't know what to expect
??
