The first thing that you will need to look at is the remote interface connector, located at the rear of the canopy. If it is a round 4-pin, 7-pin connector then you will need to turn the voltage off going to the unit, and then take the connector apart. If the wires comming from your T-Max wall unit in the room with the bed, are not in the correct connector positions ("1" & "3") then this is the cause of your problem.
