Helios does not track the number of times the Cash Drawer is opened BUT it DOES TRACK each time the Cash Drawer is opened using the F3 function ... NO SALE ... being the second part of your question. There is a No Sale report in the Management Reports which lists each such occurance.

All of the Cash Drawers above state they are connect to the Star Receipt Printer CD Port so that should work. The recommended printer is the Star SP216 Parallel (the TSP200 Thermal series also works).
