Lee,

You want to backup the mdb (database) files in the Data Directory within your Helios directory, be it Helios9 or Helios10

Also you may wish to backup your Pictures directory if you are taking pictures and the ContractX and Release "rtf" files within the Helios9 or Helios10 directory (the later only upon occasion of change) (X with Contract meaning 1 thru 5 (V9) or 9 (V10).
