I used to manage for Bally Total Fitness' nutritional store. There are many things to consider when looking at ones' own caloric intake and what is right for you... i.e. are you trying to maintain, loose, gain, how many calories you burn a day, do you work out? All of these thing factor into what you need/day. There are also good calories and bad calories. Best thing to do is sit down w/ a nutritionalist who can determine what you specifically need based on your expendature. |
