If it contains a sunscreen, that may be part of their problem..
Yes this will be a problem when they are tanning indoors....
be sure you remind them that you control the time......which controls the UV...they should not wear an SPF unless it is for "specific need"....tattoo covering.....or they are having treatment on the skin that is preped with an SPF......follow?
I use SPF on my face when tanning because I get a lot a lot of freckles.....and so I protect my nose and cheeks....follow?
Remember an SPF will help to block or filter the rays.......
