We take appointments!!! We're really in no position to expand; people are just used to walking right in. The wait is NEVER more than 45 minutes but a lot of people never make appointments. We don't mind normally but I am just getting tired of swarms walking right in at 3:30 in the afternoon surprised that there isn't a booth waiting for them. I feel so bad saying no, but I don't understand how people don't learn that that is the busiest time of the day and this is our busy season, so if it was wide open then, we would not be in business!!!
