We have pkgs of 5 (2months), 10 (4months) 20 (8 months) and 30 (1 yr). But as long as you find out why the customer is tanning you change the expiry dates. If they are tanning for a tan, then the time frame is great, however we have some that tan for medical reasons and the 4 months may not be long enough, as they arent coming in as often. Adapt to your customers needs. If it is for medical or other reasons, we ask them if this will be long enough, or students who only come home on weekends, the same thing. In October, our year end, we go thru our cards and put a big red line across those that expired prior to September, then when the customer comes in sometime in January and says "I think my sessions expired, we tell them if there is a big red line across the card, the accountant has taken if off the books and there is no way for us to extend it. For income tax purposes, this is a liablility you don't want at tax time. We have never had a customer argue.
