What Suncapsule model do you have?
You have many choices.
Cosmolux VHR are a really great tanning lamp.
If you want more of a kick try the LSI Signature Series, or Cosmolux VHR TT.
These will be compatible and give a slightly faster tanning result.
If you have the Suncapsule Starship or Cyclone that comes with the Cosmolux VHR 200.
Then you can still use the lamps mentioned above, or you can use the LSI Signature Series 200. The Signature Series 200 is a 160w lamp with a stronger filament & cathode.
You can take a 400w ballast & put it on a 160w lamps, It would give great color, but the lamp would last about 3 hours. All they are doing is overpowering a lamp by stronger ballast, buck boost, or other componets to boost the power of the lamp. IT may put out 200w, but it will also decrease the life.
Don't get hooked on wattage, it means nothing. There are 100w lamps that will tan more effectively than 160w lamps.
