Teresa, one thing that comes to mind ... make sure you have separate system files for the two workstations.
With V9.4 would think you would have to ... in order for the dongle to work from the Workstation to the Server but that is possible with two dongles at that location.
Assuming you do have 2 seperate system file records ... it is on these records that the Thumbprint Device Type and Serial # is stored ... check that you have entered the appropriate serial # for each of the devices at each of the workstations on the appropriate system file record.
Beyond that, back to Tech Support I guess.
