The drivers were on the v9.4 update. Got them installed.....sort of....my one salon with 2 workstations will only let me have 1 scanner on one or the other computer, not both. Called technical support at 7pm....closed....M-F 8-8, except holidays....I guess Thanksgiving Eve is a holiday.
