Understanding that Chris has a method here in this educational topic.
I have been with her a long time and I always have a tendency to want to skip ahead into the advanced part of the session.
I know where she is going with the ground work of these posts so if you just hang in there you will see how this will come together when we start to talk about the ingredients.
A few years ago I use to try to rush her and say, well what about this or that and attempt to get to the point, but I learned she will go at the speed she feels she needs to drive home the value of the point.
There is really a method to her madness with education and I for one am thrilled she is trying to bring us this information on line here.
