Helios tech support has talked me through the set up of added a second computer but I have a network issue that he wouldn't help me with. Any ideas here . . .
When a try to open Helios V9 on the second computer the error I get is:
The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot open the file 'F:/ProgramFiles/Helios9?Data/clients.mdb'. It is already opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view is data.
What can I check to enable this access?
