some of them can. You have to be careful about what chemicals you're mixing and in what dosages.

Teresa, I'm happy to hear that you're doing so well with your weight loss. The 30 minute walk is EXCELLENT! Not only will it give you more energy but it boosts your metabolism and gets it working FASTER. Did your doctor give you a ballpark range for how many calories you should be consuming per day? I find that when people are "dieting" they just as frequently eat TOO FEW calories as too many. Remember, anything under 1200-1300 and your body goes into starvation mode and stores fat!
