this is something that I know about.... but before I even begin telling you about the different products, you need to tell me a few things.
1) What are your goals? How much weight realistically do you want to lose?
2) What is your diet like? Are you making better choices now or are you still eating the same?
3) What is your level of activity? How often do you work out and what do you do?
there are some good supplements out there but they work IN ADDITION to a good diet and regular exercise. |
