I believe that to be a true statement.
Each time you log onto the site you will be welcomed with the "Service is temporarily out of order" and you are forced to refresh.
Each time you hit the "back" bar on your browser it sends you back five days ago to your stored cookies so you are again forced to hit F5.
I'm surprised it is this low.
