I keep hoping that an issues discussion will emerge on a specific agenda for salon owners to take to their ITA.

I read alot of complaining online about the ITA in general, but constructive ideas for a salon owners agenda are hard to differentiate from the online static.

The need for a NAC has been clearly articulated. Obviously full representation on BoD voting is necessary. What else?

Salon owner apathy cannot be blamed on the ITA.

I believe it is just as important for there to be a consensus on a salon owners agenda as it is to have a consensus on a slate of endorsed candidates for the open seats on the BoD.
