We haven't had a problem with client's saying that they were "shorted". Helios keeps a history of all codes entered at the POS and this is printable at any time.
A few times that clients have inquired why they don't have the # of sessions left that they thought they did, we print it out and walk them through it.
Since the client #'s are entered, they are tracked... We can tell you exactly who used your tan and when.
