This should be a test case to see if the lawyers can turn this into rules preventing workers from being exposued to the sun while working.
If the government can say this amount of exposure is unhealthy. Then outside worker have a right to expect not to exposed to unhealty conditions on the job.
This is the time for everyone to step up for the good of the industry.
