Actually I live in maryland. I do not know if this is a regulated state or not. However I do not go to that salon anymore. I know I am not the only person she has let use this either because shse sells her own little "hot mix" which is what she gave me to use. I am aware that the salon I was going to was not a quality salon thats why I stopped going. |
