it was on tv so i cant post a link , it was on the news,,, it just said that the clorine used in pools , and yes anyone can easily smell it around swimming pools, off gases and that when clorine gas or clorine comes into contact with other chemicals or substances, chemical changes can and will take place!
It seems that the organic substances break down or have chemical changes that can produce toxins.
clorine gas if formed by green house gases as well and is resonsible for ozone damage in our atmosphere.
It is simple chemical changes that take place when 2 or more chemicals or substances combine.
