I had a very bad problem with acne for many years as well. Nothing over the counter helped or even perscription stuff.. Finally, when I was 18, I got on ortho-tricyclen as well as started using clinique acne system. The combination has helped clear my face up completely! I am now 21 and after having acne since I was 12, I finally am oil free.. Here are some tips I have experienced...
Chin acne usually comes from your hands. Try not to rest your hands on your chin too much. Also, how long have you been on ortho? There is usually a break out period that can last up to a year after first starting to take it. I didn't become 100% clear until after about a year of taking it. Also, clinique's acne soap, spot treatment, and nightly cleanser work great, along with their toner and oil free moisturizer work perfectly in fighting the oil, especially on the forehead. It all is a little pricy, but a little goes a long way. Its been a part of my daily cleaning regime(once daily and once at night washing my face with the products) and is definitely something I recommend. They also have a great moisturizer to eliminate completely dryness as well! You also may want to consider to eat more fruits and vegetables and staying away from alot of greasy foods. Also, tanning has helped draw out the oil as well. I hope I gave you enough suggestions..
