Andy, we have been with helios for oh about 9 years and I also think they are the best out there, but I am up to speed on computer lingo. We plan to upgrade to the new version when it comes out and I am interested in networking our two salons together will helios 10 be able to do that and what do you charge for your service. I am not sure if I trust our network guys now that we use for our
Insurance office. They tell you they know it all but something almost always never works. (oxymoron?) This type of service does sound expensive but I belive we would benefit from it and we would be able to utilize more of Helios's reports etc.
