Probably the easiest would be to copy the files in your helios\DATA folder. When you install Helios on the new pc, transfer your files into that directory. Andy said back up and restore feature will not be around in v10, so get used to not using it. The zip drive you're using is fine as long as you have a zip on the new one. Also, make sure you have the same zip on both. Newer ones tend to come with 250 disks, however those will read 100 too. The 100 only read 100.

Test it out first before you take your old computer completely down just to make sure everything moves ok.

If you're talking about other files, burn a cd and move them. I'm a fan of starting fresh on a hard drive rather than copying over everything with a backup. Your files are one thing, but you'll also back up all the behind the scenes crap that you won't have on a fresh hard drive.
