thanks malibu..i'kinda new at this and didn't quite know where to go..thanks for the redirect. lampman, thank for the info. seems the custom problem was resolved better than a month ago. i can understand how all that happened with the security concerns. i'm afraid what i'm up against is not a custom delay anymore. seems the bed has been sitting on the east coast for weeks and i'm getting many excuses as to why it has not shipped yet. we just had 2 beds paid for and delivered without problem about six weeks ago. this bed was with the same order and for whatever reason, we can't get it delivered. if anybody has any suggestions, it would be appreciated. i just want my bed..i want to give them money and i want them to give my bed. they accepted the deposit on the equipment with no problem. i'm frustrated and don't know what the next step is. i'm getting an uneasy feeling....help...
