About 2 weeks ago, we had three beds running. Suddenly a loud continuous beep starts coming out of the TMax Manager and all of the lights start flashing. An E6 code was flashing on several of the beds. But, the actual beds kept running. I unplugged all of the timers in the rooms, waited a couple of minutes and plugged them back in. Everything was fine afterwards.
Yesterday afternoon our part-time girl was working by herself. Two beds were running. The continuous beep started again. The E6 code came up. One of the beds cut off and the other one stayed on. She called my cell phone. I walked her through unplugging the timers and plugging them back in.
What's the deal with this? What causes this? Is there any way to keep this from happening again? I really cannot afford for this to happen in busy season.
