*VISITORS/PACKAGE INSPECTIONS: Employees are not to have friends or relatives visit them while at work. If there is a valid reason for someone to see an employee at work they should limit their visit or personal phone call. Any employee having friends “hang out” while on the job will be subject to disciplinary actions. Employees visiting the resort on their off time do not need to behind the front desk. This gives the false impression to customers who recognize you as an employee that you are working. If you are not and don’t approach to help them, they may complain to management. At any time you are behind the desk you are considered at work and must attend to customers. All employees off the clock should not be keying themselves in to tan or to get into the register for any reason. Our management staff have retain the authority to inspect any package brought into or taken from the premises by employees.
