How stupid do you feel now? God forbid any of the parts burn out in the bed, you will have to throw it away. You know you asked so I told you. The top of the bed removes very easily. To remove the bottom tie a rope around the bed and flip it on its side. I only serviceand install tanning equipment everyday for a living so sorry to steer you in the wrong direction. Don't forget to check that all the fans exhaust out of the bed. ETS's crack em up *** embly team tends to not pay attention to the direction of the fan when they bolt it in the bed and this causes the face tanner sub-assemblies to melt and catch on fire. (try to get a replacement) When you are in there, mount the fans correctly and you will reduce the down time of these units and they will run a little cooler.
