To dispell any rumors this is the standard email that I sent everyone that has requested a sample online. Please notice that in the third paragraph I explain why I need a telephone number, I am not looking to get your number so I can call you everyday.
I assure you that my intentions are to make sure that samples are going to salons only.
Here is the email.
""""Thank you very much for the email and your inquiry regarding our new CLEAR BY DESIGN product line. I truly appreciate the opportunity to show you some of our product lines. Our new Clear By Design as well as many of our other completely reformulated product lines have been received extremely well, since our purchase of the previous company last year. We are really excited about this season and the product lines that we are offering.
Thank you again, I will be sure that samples and additional information are sent to your attention.
I do ask however, when you get the opportunity, since I do not have you telephone number to verify samples are being sent to a salon, please call and ask for Linda our office manager and she will make sure that samples are released upon verification of this message. I hope that you understand this is our policy to be sure that samples are not sent to salons and not end-users or salon diverters.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact me directly."""""""
I am sorry that telemarketing has really gotten a bad reputation, but I can tell you that the way we handle our program is very different that others. If anyone ever has a problem with any of our individuals on the phone I implore you to contact me directly.
