RE: Recovery of fee charged from merchants bank.

Thanks for the question.

Generally, this bank imposed fee, is not covered, by definition of law. The NSF fee which will be collected, from check maker, is for the cost of our collections.

However, what is possible is an arrangement, based upon the volume of NSF checks recovery for the merchant, that could be paid to the merchant, in the form of a rebate, to cover these items.

Please keep in mind, what our service is providing to merchants is collections of NSF checks which would be quite time consuming, thus allowing you more time to manage your business rather than endless time spent on collecting checks.

Also, with NO sign-up fee, NO monthly minimum, NO limit on the number of checks, this alternative is also quite a money saver from check gaurantee services which charge rates (similiar to Credit Card fees)and require ALL of your checks to be approved by them.

Thus, when you need us, we are here, and when ya don't, we are still here, either time, the merchant does not pay of our service.

And, please keep in mind, even your customers will like the program. Bouncing a check is an unpleasant event for most customers. Having to redeem that check with cash, money order or cashier's check can be a humiliating experience. With our service, their check is simply electronically resubmitted. All is handled confidentially.

Thanks again for the further inquiry.
