Amen.
A good customer arrived the other night with a brand new bottle of Matahari. I commented on how much I loved their products and she proceeds to explain how she bought a bottle for herself and one for her husband at the price I would have to charge for one! I was in no position to admonish for I am a bargain shopper also. The best I can summon up is "You go girl" in a very deflated tone. Telling people that they don't know what they're getting sounds pretty lame after a while and I end up coming across like a dejected sales person unable to meet a quota.
