Here is my newbie tip of the day.Keep a jouranl and document everything that you do like specials, funny things that happen in the salon, situations that arise, if specials worked or didn't.This is a great tool to have when deciding on specials to do, because #1 you can see if you tried them before and #2 you can see if they worked.We can't remember everything.Plus it really helps out when making your employee manual
