Once people are well tanned they have a fear that they are fading its a normal response you will find.Most people want to be good and dark, and are worried about the tan going away.Don't worry about this. If your lamps are changed at the right times. You have done all you can.You will hear "this place tanned me more or that place tanned me less".Its all part of the nature of the business.You can even hear people say that one of your machines tan better then the other even when the machines are the same model, same age, same lamps, and same lamp hours. It just the way things go.
