Laurie i will try and go one by one on your questions. First on the service and warranty question i believe a warranty is only as good as the company itself. If something breaks but it takes you 2 weeks to get a call back in the busy season it is no good. My first store started with 4 used Sun Industry beds. I finally got rid of my last 2 this year they were 12 years old and didn't break down at all. The basic beds are essentialy lamps, ballists and electical not really much to break down. For high presure Ultrabronz has 24 hour technical support although thier service on the sale is terrible so i hope my bed never breaks. I would recomend looking for a good electician with some knowlege of tanning they should be able to fix any problems for an hourly fee. Also because of your location you may look at P.C Marketing/
