laurie, from speaking with jeff myself, let me tell you he gives great advice. i myself was going to start out with 21 units, well let me tell you i have narrowed it down tremendously. i say this because i want to see if the beds will first be in demand and that i have no empty beds leftover. i can always add beds but is it kinda difficult to take away. also i figure the more the beds that get filled up the more i might order. tanamerica has been so good to me, thankgod they have patience. also it is probably better to lease. i say this because you will always have the option to upgrade. that is what people want today-modern tanning beds. i am buying only because i ordered beds that are a 2003 edition, so they will last for at least another few years.i had them custom made. as far as what to expect from leasing you might want to talk to someone a little more experienced than me and who is now or previously leasing/leased equipment. hope this helps. renee
